School of Public Policy Alumnus Brian Dille (MPP ’10) to Lead Davenport Discussion on Pursuing Doctorate Degree

Pepperdine University alumnus Brian Dille (MPP ’10) will discuss “From Malibu to Santa Monica in a Couple Years: Considering PhD Programs Beyond SPP” at the School of Public Policy Davenport Discussion roundtable seminar at Drescher Graduate Campus in Malibu on Wednesday, February 1, at noon.

Dille is an assistant policy analyst at RAND Corporation and recently completed his PhD at Frederick S. Pardee RAND Graduate School in Santa Monica. He holds a BA degree in sociology and German, as well as a JD degree, from the University of Georgia, and an MPP degree in economics and international relations from Pepperdine University School of Public Policy.

He used his law degree to great effect as chief legal opposition researcher for Arnold Schwarzenegger's 2006 gubernatorial campaign, where he conducted research on the legal background of various stakeholders in the election and performed fieldwork for the campaign.
