Malibu Campus Makeover

December 16, 2009  | 1 min read

SnapshotBeauty, technology, and environmental stewardship came together in Pepperdine’s recent Malibu campus renovation project, which included major renovations to existing facilities and the addition of new classrooms and outdoor gathering areas. A total of 176,138 sq. ft. of space was enhanced or newly built in establishing what University administrators call Pepperdine’s Town Square.

“The work that has been completed—the improvements, the upgrades, and all the aesthetic enhancements that have been achieved—are a reminder that this University is always changing, always improving, and, we are not at all content with the way things are, when we have the vision and the will to see things as they might become,” said president Andy Benton.
